There's all kinds of great thing happening around here lately! January and February are the slowest months of the year in the photo industry so I've taken this time to gather thoughts and ideas and organize those thoughts and ideas.

And as many of you already know I have been on a wedding hiatus for a couple of years. It was a decision I made with my husband for a few reasons. When I started the hiatus I was pregnant with our 3rd child. We also had our house on the market and were building a new house, which is very time consuming and stressful, especially with a newborn and two other kids at home! As if my life wasn't crazy enough, the military was sending my husband away for over 3 months, leaving me to take care of it all!
Well, I am happy to tell you, our life has settled down. Ok, maybe I'm happy to tell myself our life has settled down! We sold our old house, moved in to the new one, and my wonderful husband is home with us. I'm even going to have 2 kids in school full time in less than 8 months, leaving me with a LOT more time than I have had in the last couple of years.
So, now that I just rambled my whole life story, are you ready for the big news?
I am booking weddings again!
I am not ready to jump in to the work load I used to have. I do still have 3 kids and a traveling husband! But, I am booking about one wedding per month (most months of the year), so there is very limited space and you will need to call as early as possible to reserve your date.
I always appreciate word of mouth referrals so if you know someone who is getting married in the next year or two, send them my way. You may even receive a gift if they book their wedding with me!
